We’re doing something a little backwards.

You’ll taste the wine before you smell it, then explore how aroma, time, and swirling — including over-swirling (yes, that’s a thing) — can completely change what you notice in the glass.

This relaxed, guided Flavor Shift experience includes four short tastings designed to spark those quiet “wait… really?” moments. No wine knowledge required — just curiosity.

 

And when the tasting wraps up…

Free live music immediately follows, making it easy to stay, unwind, and turn it into a full Friday night out.
