Wine at two temps and Wisconsin cheese curds

In this guided Flavor Shift tasting, guests will sample the same wines at two different temperatures, noticing changes in aroma, sweetness, acidity, texture, and overall balance. To make the contrast even more obvious (and more fun), we’ll pair the tasting with Wisconsin cheese curds.
