Palate Shift: Before & After is a guided Flavor Shift experience that explores how simple bites and textures can dramatically alter the way wine tastes. During this interactive tasting, guests will sample the same wine multiple times — before and after small palate changes — and discover how acidity, sweetness, and mouthfeel shift in surprising ways.

 

This relaxed, approachable experience includes four guided tastings, designed to help you slow down, compare, and notice how one small change can create a completely different tasting experience. No wine knowledge required — just curiosity.

 

 Come early — our food truck will be open before the event

 Food truck will also be open during the tasting

 Stay after — free live music immediately follows, with the food truck open so you can keep the night going
