Temperature Shift invites you to experience how temperature alone can completely change what you taste — no additives, no tricks, just wine, time, and temperature.
In this guided Flavor Shift tasting, guests will sample the same wines at two different temperatures, noticing changes in aroma, sweetness, acidity, texture, and overall balance. To make the contrast even more obvious (and more fun), we’ll pair the tasting with Wisconsin cheese curds served at different temperatures, highlighting how warmth and chill affect both wine and food.
Expect lots of “wait… that’s the same wine?” moments.
