Get ready for the ultimate flavor-packed afternoon as you learn to make THREE giant, take-home Texas Twinkies—stuffed with tender brisket, filled into large jalapeños, and wrapped in thick-cut premium bacon. These are the MVP of any game-day spread.
This hands-on class is taught by professional chef & culinary artist Sophie Abell, founder of the beloved Texy Mexy brand. She’ll guide you step-by-step through crafting the perfect Texas Twinkie.
Then the fun continues… Sangria Mixology!
After the cooking portion, guests will dive into a lively sangria-making session. You’ll learn how to build perfectly balanced sangrias using fresh fruit, juice, and wine—and everyone will mix up 64 ounces of their very own custom sangria blend to take home. Wine is added later, so your mix stays fresh until you’re ready to enjoy it.
