The dessert event of the summer is here.

Join us for an indulgent evening at Woolly Yak Ranch & Winery featuring the viral Dubai Chocolate Cake paired with a guided four-pour wine flight.

Each guest will enjoy a generous slice of rich chocolate cake layered with creamy pistachio buttercream and that signature crispy pistachio-kataifi filling — thoughtfully paired with four wines chosen to complement the cake’s chocolate, pistachio, cream, and crunchy layers.

A sommelier will guide the evening, sharing why each of the four wine pairings was chosen and how the flavors work with the rich chocolate, pistachio buttercream, and crispy kataifi filling.

This will be a seated, guided pairing experience, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Live music will begin immediately after the event, so you can stay, sip, relax, and enjoy the evening at the farm.

Grill & Graze will also be open, so come early for dinner before your dessert pairing.

Advance tickets are $22 per person. Tickets at the door will be $26 per person, only if space is still available.
